उत्तर प्रद्धेश मध्ये 3 लक्ष रिक्त पदे भरण्यासाठी भव्य मोहीम भारत कोविड-19 च्या आथिर्क मंदीशी लढत असताना मागील साडेतीन वर्षापासून प्रलंबित असलेल्या शासकीय विभागांमधील “सर्व रिक्त जागा भरण्या” ची घोषणा करणारे मुख्यमंत्री लाभणे ही उ.प. राज्यासाठी सुदैवाची बाब आहे .
भारत कोविड-19 च्या आथिर्क मंदीशी लढत असताना मागील साडेतीन वर्षापासून प्रलंबित असलेल्या शासकीय विभागांमधील “सर्व रिक्त जागा भरण्या” ची घोषणा करणारे मुख्यमंत्री लाभणे ही उ.प. राज्यासाठी सुदैवाची बाब आहे .
सदर कलावधीदरम्यान, आतापावेतो विविध विभागांमध्ये तीन लक्षहून अधिक नियुक्त्या करण्यात आलेल्या असून ८६,००० हून अधिक नियुक्त्या करण्याची प्रक्रिया सुरु आहे . ही देशातील कोणत्या ही राज्य सरकारसाठी मोठी संख्या आहे .
मागील साडेतीन वर्षांमध्ये करण्यात आलेल्या सर्वात अधिक नियुक्त्या पोलिस विभागतील असून या विभागात २०१७ पासून १.३७ लक्ष हून अधिक नियुक्त्या करण्यात आलेल्या आहेत . हे राज्यात अधिक चांगला कायदा व सुव्यवस्था प्रस्थापित करण्यासाठी पोलिस दलांचे मजबुतीकरण व आधुनिकीकरण करण्याच्या मुख्यमंत्रांच्या घोषणेचे एकवाक्यतेत आहे . केवळ तीन वर्षांमध्ये एवढ्या मोठ्या प्रमाणातील नियुक्त्या परिशांचे पावित्र , नियुक्ती प्रक्रियेतील प्रामाणिकपना आणि उचित व्यवस्थेत प्रतीक आहे .
आता रिक्त शासकीय पदे ठरवणे आणि नियुक्ती प्रक्रिया उचित व पारदर्शक पद्धतीने राबविण्यात येते . शंकेस वाव असण्यार्‍या व अयोग्य नियुक्त्या व नियुक्ती प्रक्रियांच्या या काळानंतर एकाही नियुक्तीवर कोणतीही शंका न घेता झालेल्या ३ लक्ष नियुक्त्या हा जणू काही सुटकेचा नि:श्वास आहे .
येथे हे लक्षात घेणे महत्वाचे आहे की उ.प्र . मध्ये योगी सरकार येण्याच्या १५ वर्षादरम्यान केवळ २.९१ लक्ष नोकर्‍यांची निर्मिती झाली , तर योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकारने दरवर्षी सरासरी १ लक्ष नोकर्‍या निर्माण केल्या . याशिवाय , ८६,००० पदांसाठी नियुक्ती प्रक्रिया सुरू आहे .
मुख्यमंत्रांनी विविध मोहिमांदरम्यान नियुक्ती प्रक्रिया उचित व पारदर्शक पद्धतीने व जलद गतीने राबविण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत . एवढेच नव्हे , तर मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी रिक्त पदे भरण्याची प्रक्रिया तीन महिन्यांच्या आत आणि नियुक्ती-पत्र सहा महिन्यांच्या आत देण्याचे निर्देश सुदधा दिले आहेत . एका अधिकृत प्रवक्त्याने संगितले की नजीकच्या भविष्त्यात सुमारे ३ लक्ष शासकीय पदे निर्माण होणार आहेत .

Now the process of filling vacancies and appointments is done in a fair and transparent manner. The 3 lakh appointments made without any doubt about any appointment after this period of questionable and improper appointments and appointment process is a breath of fresh air.
