About Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL):

PCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) was established on September 18, 2013 as a joint venture by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Government of Rajasthan (GOR), with 74 percent and 26% ownership involvement, respectively. At Pachpadra in Rajasthan’s Barmer district, a Greenfield 9 MMTPA refinery and petrochemical complex is being built.
